Two Coe College sororities are hosting fundraisers in the upcoming weeks for their philanthropies. This is the first time that either sorority has hosted their annual spring philanthropy event since Spring 2020 due to COVID-19 complications.
This Saturday, March 26, Alpha Gamma Delta is hosting its annual Mac n’ Cheese fundraiser in the PUB from 12-2 PM. Tickets are $5 for members of the Greek community, $7 for non-Greeks, and $10 for members of the community. Donations are also welcomed.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Feeding America to support Alpha Gamma Delta’s philanthropy of fighting hunger.
The event will feature several different types of homemade macaroni and cheese, homemade sides, and homemade desserts, including gluten-free options. Tickets can be purchased through the link available on the Coe Alpha Gamma Delta Facebook page or by scanning the QR code on posters around campus.
Additionally, Delta Delta Delta is hosting their annual Dessert Gala on Saturday, April 16 in Lower Gage from 7-9 PM. Tickets are $3 for members of the Greek community, $5 for non-Greeks, $7 for faculty and staff, and $10 for the general community. Children five and under will be able to attend for free. Donations are also welcomed.
Proceeds from the Delta Delta Delta Dessert Gala will be donated to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
The event will feature a variety of desserts. Tickets can be purchased using the QR code on posters around campus.
